- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have no idea if the veterinarians are excellent or not, though I'm sure they must be, judging by the reviews. They have the most ineffective office staff, however. Twice, I tried to make an appointment. The first time, they didn't call me back for half a day, and then when the call was dropped, didn't bother to call me again to finish making the appointment. The second time, it was made very clear to me that since I am 10 minutes past Blacksburg, I and my animals are not important enough for an appointment. "Their vets are too tied up with regular clients and emergencies to see a new client". And yes, that is what I was told. She then recommended the vet school. Unbelievably rude. I have multiple animals, so they just lost a valuable client, and believe me, will not be getting any recommendations from me.
